This past weekend was another advanced yoga teacher training and I am still catching up, so this newsletter, by necessity, will be short and sweet.
Saturday, November 12, from 2:30-4:30pm, again at Three Trees Yoga (my yoga family!) in Federal Way, I'll be teaching on Yoga for a Strong Immune System.
We'll cover non-supplement and non-pharmaceutical ways to create resilience in the body so that you (and your microbiome) are not susceptible to every. single. cold and bug that comes along. After, because humans learn best when they use both brain and body, I'll lead a gentle restorative practice to help integrate the information.
