No one diet works for everyone and no one diet works for everyone throughout the course of their life. The first half of this workshop will help you understand why and how the body holds onto excess weight, and how to create sustainable, nourishing strategies to bring your body back to it's natural and realistic set point.
And because how you eat is just as important as what you eat, in the second half of the workshop you will do specific yoga practices to help you create a relationship with food that allows you to eat with calm, intention, and joy.
Alison Olt Kerr, ND, RYT is the owner and clinical director of PranaVis Medicine, a naturopathic practice dedicated to lifestyle medicine and the treatment of chronic stress and chronic stress related illnesses. In 2014, after recommending yoga to so many patients, Dr. Kerr chose to deepen her 25+ year personal yoga practice and completed Three Trees Yoga 200-hour teacher training.
