Do you take insurance?

I do. As of June 2023, I am credentialed as an "in-network" provider with:

  • Aetna (I am not currently able to bill Aetna Medicare)

  • First Choice

  • Kaiser Permanente (please check for preauthorization)

  • Lifewise Health Plan of Washington (Lifewise Preferred, Lifewise Connect Networks, LifewiseAssurance)

  • Molina (including WA Apple Health)

  • Premera Blue Cross (plans Global, Heritage, Foundation, Heritage Prime, Heritage Signature)

  • Regence Blue Shield

  • UnitedHealthCare (including WA Apple Health)

Do you take private pay?

I do. I charge $120 per hour per session. I have a limited number of scholarship openings and can offer a lower rate with multiple sessions paid in advance, so always ask. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Life happens, believe me, I get it, and let’s value each other’s time. If you miss an appointment and can make it up within a calendar week, we’re good. If you miss multiple appointments, you will need to contact me via email to schedule.

Do you practice primary care?

The truth is I still do, for a handful of people. If we go through an initial 6-8 visits and it works for both of us, we can talk more about this.
